How it works

  • I'll arrange a suitable time for a free consultation (max 1 hour). This can be over the phone or email but I would prefer to meet you in the space requiring my services. 
  • If you decide I can help you, then together we can agree convenient dates and times to get the work done. If required, I can create a plan of action. At this stage my final costs will be agreed. 
  • I'll get it done! Whether it's decluttering, organising, cleaning your space or all three!
  • If requested, for a nominal fee, I can take small household items or clothes to a charity shop of your choice.
  • If I've provided a one-off service to help you get back on track, then I will give you a follow-up call in a couple of weeks to make sure it's going to plan.​
  • My services are personal, caring, friendly and supportive throughout, with respect for both you and your belongings. I'm non-judgemental and confidential, there is no van or uniform with a logo.

As every client is unique and each job is different, below is a guide only. Get in touch for a free consultation.

Consultation (max 1 hr):

Decluttering and organising:
£20 per hour

Cleaning services:
£15 per hour

Taking things to charity shop
of your choice: 
£15 per trip

Additional costs
Additional costs will be incurred for weekends and bank holidays.

A charge of 45p per mile will
​be charged to the client for journeys over 20 miles from RH5.​

Confidentiality and privacy
purple smile provides a personal and confidential service. Any photographs and testimonials will only be used with the client's consent. With your prior agreement photographs may be taken before and after. These will only be reproduced for publicity purposes with your permission. 

purple smile provides personal advice and services in the decluttering, organising and cleaning process. purple smile accept no responsibility for actions of the client.

purple smile take great care of your belongings. The client acknowledges that purple smile will not be held liable in the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused.

purple smile holds a public liability insurance with an indemnity of £1 million.

Payment terms
The client will receive an invoice which is payable within 14 days of receipt.
